Returns Policy

If the material that you receive is defective or is not the material that you ordered, you may either return the material for a full refund or you may request that replacement materials be sent to you at no extra charge. If you would like to request a return or refund, or have trouble downloading your product, please contact us at (617) 495-8689 or via e-mail at HLSCaseStudies@law.harvard.edu within two weeks of your order.

Shipping

Products are available via email or hard copies can be shipped to your address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
