For J.D./L.L.M. Programs

All of our case studies are suitable for the law school curriculum, and can be adapted to any level of skill, familiarity, or classroom environment.

The Problem Solving Workshop case studies are tailored to 1L students; these products have been taught in the Harvard Law School required 1L course that teaches students to think like lawyers. The Advanced Problem Solving Workshop case studies were designed for 2L and 3L students to solve difficult national problems in the law surrounding technology and intellectual property. Our suite designates each product as either PSW and APSW.

The Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program suite.

Many of the Case Development Initiative case studies concern the business of law and the problems that law firms, professional service firms, and in-house counsels face. Suitable for professional development, these cases may also be enriching to law school courses such as mergers and acquisitions and leadership in law firms.

The Case Studies Program publishes case studies specifically designed for Harvard Law School courses.
