Holger Spamann

Holger Spamann is Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he teaches corporate law and corporate finance. His research focuses on the law and economics of corporate governance and financial markets, as well as comparative law. Before embarking on his academic career, he practiced with Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and clerked for two years in Europe. He holds a Ph.D. and an A.M. in economics from Harvard University, a B.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics, basic law degrees from the Sorbonne and the University of Hamburg, and an LL.M.(waived) and an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School.
