Charles R. Nesson
Charles Rothwell Nesson is the William F. Weld Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. Professor Nesson received his A.B. from Harvard College in 1960 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1963, before joining the HLS faculty in 1966. He is a founder and director of the Berkman Center for Internet and Society, and has taught cyberlaw, evidence, torts, and criminal law.
