Robert Bordone

Robert Bordone is the Thaddeus R. Beal Clinical Professor of Law and Founding Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program at Harvard Law School. Bordone is lead instructor for the prestigious Spring Negotiation Workshop and also teaches classes on dispute systems design and multi-party negotiation. He supervises three students groups: the Harvard Mediation Program, the Harvard Negotiators, and the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. He is also a professional consultant, facilitator, and scholar in the field of negotiations and dispute management.
