Alex Alta is opening a new Spanish restaurant in Capital City, but her acclaimed celebrity chef pulled out a few weeks before the opening. Hearing of the opening, longtime chef Frida Russo expressed interest in taking the job as head chef. While Frida has a long history as a chef, she has never worked in a Spanish restaurant. Nevertheless, Alex is in a tight spot to get the restaurant opened on schedule.
